The Heathen Homemaker’s Weekly Meal Plan
Week 16: 11/01/15 – 11/07/15
This week I made meal plans using a few things I already had, a couple of old favorites, and something new. We’re into the North Carolina style of cool fall weather, which means it’s in the 50s and 60s, which is cold enough to warrant cozy food!
What are you having for dinner?
Sunday – Roasted chicken, potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls
Monday – Cheesy slow cooker tortellini, garlic bread, salad
Tuesday – Chicken and dumplings (using leftover chicken from Sunday), salad
Wednesday – Vegan shepherd’s pie, salad
Thursday – Red beans & rice, salad , roasted cauliflower
Friday – Homemade pizza using ABin5 olive oil dough
Saturday – Hodge Podge!
